Aufgaben

  • the strategic and conceptual development of the business partnership department
  • managing a team of 3 people while reporting directly to the CEO
  • developing our B2B product identifying our customers’ needs and upselling opportunities
  • defining our B2B revenue goals and meaningful metrics to assess the department’s performanc
  • designing B2B Online and Offline Marketing campaigns and initiatives in order to improve the effectiveness of our current lead generation strategies
  • enlarging our customer base (corporate clients as well as restaurant and cafes) in the DACH region
  • building an effective sales funnel to increase conversion
  • the overall account management strategy, in particular customers’ onboarding, engagement, and retention to ensure long term business relationships
  • establishing a close relationship with our cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high quality services for our clients

Anforderungen

  • 4+ years experience in B2B Sales in a fast growing environment, ideally 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Good understanding of E-Commerce sector and food industry is a big plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic approach, and hands-on mentality
  • Ability to successfully work closely with other departments: team playing skills are a must at Coffee Circle
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Strong customer understanding and process orientation
  • Solid network is key
  • German native, fluency in English
